Complaints procedure

• Once you have reported your complaint to us, we will contact you within three working days to resolve your complaint;
• If you do not agree with the solution offered by NG-Dent, our practice manager Mrs. Boulidam can request a second opinion for you.
• The professional opinion of a dentist not involved in the conflict will provide an independent opinion;
• If the above options have not led to your complaint being resolved satisfactorily, you can contact us free of charge KNMT complaints procedure.
• We are affiliated with the formal complaints procedure of our professional association.

Guarantees and exceptions

• Any form of guarantee must be discussed with the practitioner.
• We guarantee the crown, not the tooth.
• No guarantee is given for tooth decay.
• No guarantee is given on discolouration of composite fillings.
• No changes may have been made to the workpiece by others outside the NG Dent Center for Dentistry & Implantology.
• If the treatment is against the practitioner's advice, no guarantee is given.
• What is broken or lost as a result of trauma or overload is not covered by the warranty. Warranty periods
• Crown and bridge work: 5 years
• Implant: 5 years (for non-smokers only).
• Fillings: 1 year excluding baby teeth.
• Emergency prosthesis: 1 year provided rebasing is carried out within 3 months after placement.
• Prosthesis: 1 year.
• Splint: 1 year (not subject to wear and tear due to normal use).
• Bleaching: no guarantee possible.
• Root canal treatment: no guarantee possible.
• Relapse orthodontics: no guarantee possible.
• Dental hygiene/periodontology: no guarantee possible
