The difference between All on 4 dentures and dentures/click dentures is that with All on 4 dentures you experience the feeling of your own teeth. This is partly because an All on 4 denture has no palate. It is screwed onto the implants.

With dentures the teeth are loose in the mouth and with click dentures you always have to remove the dentures to clean them. The All on 4 dentures are fixed and have no palate plate. This gives you a number of benefits. This way you have more taste, it is easier to eat and you can clean your teeth as you have always cleaned your own teeth. So no more food remains under the palate.
