In order to continue to guarantee the quality of our dental care and to help you as best as possible, we have drawn up a number of simple house rules:

• You must bring a valid ID and your health insurance card with you to every visit.
• Please report changes in insurance, address or medication use in a timely manner.
• For proposed treatments above €150, you will receive a budget in advance, which you must bring back to the appointment if approved.
• If you cannot make an appointment, you must inform us well in advance (at least 48 hours) in person or by telephone. Cancellations by email are not accepted.
• If you do not keep an appointment or do not cancel it in time (at least 48 hours in advance), we will charge the costs of the planned treatment.
• We ask you to switch off your phone when visiting the practice and not to bring pets with you.
• Unacceptable behavior, verbal or non-verbal, and/or repeated non-compliance with agreements will not be tolerated and unfortunately will result in immediate deregistration.
