The first consultation

If you have decided to undergo the All on 4, we will first plan one consultation.
During the consultation, digital scans are made of your teeth. The implantologist decides on the basis of the scans where the 4 implants (all on 4) should be placed. During the intake interview/consultation, we are happy to listen to you and take your wishes into account. For example, we look at your personal data
wishes. What color teeth do you like? (natural, white, or extra white). The shape and position of the All on 4 teeth can also be completely tailored to your wishes.

The treatment in 1 day

After the consultation has taken place and you have made your choice to undergo the All on 4, we will make a plan. If you have a bad tooth or teeth and these teeth no longer function in the mouth, it is important that they are extracted.

When the teeth have been extracted, the implants are placed in the holes of the extractions (extracted tooth(s). Then the temporary bridge is placed. In most cases the fixed bridge still has to be made in the laboratory and therefore the bridge is temporary The bridge can be screwed or cemented. If you choose screwed, an additional advantage is that the bridge does not shift. The temporary bridge is made of acrylic. This is a sturdy material. You can also eat with it!

After the all on 4 treatment

After the treatment, your teeth should heal. This takes about a month. After this month, photos will be taken again and the implants in your mouth will be examined. When the healing process is successful and the implants are well settled, the permanent bridge is placed. Then you can enjoy yourself to the fullest
All on 4 teeth. People with healthy teeth, or who are missing one or two teeth, are not eligible for the
All on 4. There are more targeted treatments with one or more implants or crowns and/or bridges.

The treatment and anesthesia are both performed in our clinic in Hilversum. Although most treatments are experienced as painless according to our patients, patients still choose the All on 4 treatment under anesthesia.

Fixed Dentures In 1 Day offers different types of anesthesia:

Sedation: the patient takes a sedative before the treatment. This causes the patient to enter
a daze.
Local anesthesia: the patient is locally anesthetized. Usually this is sufficient.
General anesthesia: if the patient would like to undergo the treatment under anesthesia, this is possible under the supervision of an anesthetist. (This is always done by an experienced Anesthetist)
